Hi, I'm Joanne Roberts
I've worked in non-profit marketing and communications for over 20 years and am passionate about empowering communities of change.
But when I started my solo career in 2018 as a freelance content and copywriter, I kept hitting the same wall. I didn't have the time to devote to understanding my brand. I needed to get out there - and fast! I was crippled with anxiety over having to sell myself. I had the logo. I had the website. But I fell into the same traps when it came to articulating the difference I wanted to make for my potential clients online and in person.
It wasn't until I went back and applied the basics in a more structured way, that I really began to authentically own and embody my brand.
